Rock Band 2 Tourney Winners and Photos!
Congratulations to the Band Aids featuring Alain Balano on bass, Alex Balano on guitar, Carlos Ubillus on mic and Airyque Ervin on drums! They took home the $200 Amazon gift card, Rock Band tees and the title of Rock Band 2 Tournament winners!
Thank you to everyone who participated from the competing bands to the audience for their support.

Changes in the Stipend Processs
We are changing the way we do stipend checks in an effort to streamline the process and make things easier for students. Below are the answers to common questions about the disbursement process. Changes are effective July 1st, 2009.

How do I know when my loan money has come in?
By checking your account on Portal you will be able to see which funds have hit your account. If you have any questions regarding your stipend or loans please contact your Financial Aid Officer.
How do I know when my check is ready to be picked up? Students no longer have to go to the Bursar’s Office to inquire when their check will be ready. Portal will now indicate the date a student’s stipend is ready for pickup.
When can I stop by the accounting office to get my check? If Portal indicates that your check is ready, it will be available for pickup Monday through Thursday between 3 to 5pm. There will be no stipend check pick up on Fridays.
What happens if I don’t pick up my check? All stipend checks that are not picked up one week from the date of issue will be mailed out to the current address on the student account. Therefore, it is very important for you to notify the Bursar’s Office of any change of address. You may also update your contact information on Portal (Click on "My Profile" then "My Information.")
